A 1910 built terraced house with an enclosed west facing rear yard, fitted out with decking. Parking is available on the opposite side of the back lane where there is private space for up to 3 vehicles.
The downstairs comprises rear entrance/cloakroom leading to bright airy open plan kitchen diner onto a small utility room with washing machine and downstairs toilet.
The living room provides plenty of seating space with 2 x 3 seater sofas, one being a sofa bed to accommodate 2 guests. TV with wifi and a Bose Bluetooth mini speaker
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with large walk in shower. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobes and built in cupboard. Bedroom 2 has a single bed, wardrobe and drawers. There are additional drawers and cupboard space on the upstairs landing.
