ARRIVAL.

Parking is at the rear of the property either on the concrete base in the garden or on the lane adjacent to the garden.

KITCHEN.

Tea, coffee, sugar and milk are available on arrival

Electric infrared hob with touch controls, Electric oven, Microwave, Kettle. Pans, frying pan.

The iron and ironing board are in the walk in cupboard

Concealed lighting switch is on the underside of the wall cupboards. The high wall lights are switched from inside the wooden shelving unit.

LIVING ROOM.

TV is WIFI only. Apps available for movies and TV programs.

Bose Sound Dock, connect via Bluetooth.

BATHROOM

Temperature control outside bathroom controls the underfloor heating. To ensure the heating works effectively make sure bathroom door is closed.

BEDROOM 1 

The drawers for this bedroom are located inside the large black cupboard on the landing.

HEATING:

The house is heated by electric WIFI controlled radiators and timed to come on at various times of the day. If additional heating is required the fire in the living room can be turned on using the controls at the bottom of the fire.

There is also an electric blower heater in the under stair cupboard.

Perfectly located on the gateway to Northumberland and ideal as a base for exploring all the county has to offer.

Experience a stay in a 120 year old miners terraced cottage that has been tastefully updated to create a comfortable, enjoyable living space for a wide variety of guests.

The House

A 1910 built terraced house with an enclosed west facing rear enclosed area, fitted out with decking. Parking is available on the opposite side of the back lane where there is private space for up to 3 vehicles.

The downstairs comprises rear entrance/cloakroom leading to bright airy open plan kitchen diner onto a small utility room with washing machine and downstairs toilet.

The living room provides plenty of seating space with 2 x 3 seater sofas, one being a sofa bed to accommodate 2 guests. TV with wifi and a Bose Bluetooth mini speaker

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with large walk in shower. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobes and built in cupboard. Bedroom 2 has a single bed, wardrobe and drawers. There are additional drawers and cupboard space on the upstairs landing.
