Stop Press - Julie Britt is the Best!

This Award celebrates the key people who we feel really run Tyneside organisations - the secretaries and personal assistants! Focusing on the very best, both in terms of experience and skills, The Best Secretary on Tyneside Award will honour secretaries and PAs who go that extra mile to really make a difference.

As well as the prestigious title of 'Best Secretary on Tyneside', the winner received the top prize of a Sony Vaio Laptop plus Microsoft Office 2007 Professional from PC World Business North Shields, plus an 'Office 2007...Fast' course from Pitman Training Newcastle. Second Place Emma Gent won £500 worth of vouchers from Planet. Third Place Ila Wilkinson won dinner, bed and breakfast for two at Malmaison Newcastle.

The Best Secretary on Tyneside award was presented at a fabulous event at Jesmond's glamorous As You Like It on Wednesday 6th August. With cocktails, canapés, fashion and live music, it was undoubtedly one of the Summer nights in Newcastle! We also raised over £200 for Save the Children on the night.
